The "Work Ethic Distinction" is a workforce readiness credential that can be earned by high school seniors in participating counties. Students who earn the Work Ethic Distinction will be given preference for job interviews at partnering employers if they meet all other qualifications of the job posting.

SENIORS! Check these standards and guidelines to see if you have earned the 32 points needed to qualify for Tennessee's Work Ethic Distinction.  Then complete two easy steps to receive this recognition. (1) Register on tnworkethic.com (2) Complete the THS Google Work Ethic Tracker beginning April 17 through May 1, 2023.
